Ltd.</i>, kurz: <i>Nissō</i> (<span lang="ja-Jpan" class="Jpan">日曹</span>)) ist ein japanisches <a href="Chemieunternehmen" class="mw-redirect" title="Chemieunternehmen">Chemieunternehmen</a>.
</p><p>Das Unternehmen begann 1920 mit der <a href="Natriumhydroxid" title="Natriumhydroxid">Natriumhydroxid</a>-Herstellung per <a href="Chloralkali-Elektrolyse" title="Chloralkali-Elektrolyse">Chloralkali-Elektrolyse</a>.<sup id="cite_ref-history_1-1" class="reference"><a href="#cite_note-history-1"><span class="cite-bracket">[</span>1<span class="cite-bracket">]</span></a></sup> Heute besitzt Nippon Sōda Natriumcarbonat-Werke in Nihongi (<a href="J%C5%8Detsu" title="Jōetsu">Jōetsu</a>), <a href="Takaoka" title="Takaoka">Takaoka</a>, Mizushima (<a href="Kurashiki" title="Kurashiki">Kurashiki</a>) und Chiba (<a href="Ichihara" title="Ichihara">Ichihara</a>).
